Why Does My Teacher Keep Staring At Me?

I'm in 9th grade and my resource teacher is really giving me the creeps. He keeps looking at me and smiling. He himself is pretty scary looking. in the cl it's me and this kid Doug, that's it. Doug isn't even there most of the time so i'm stuck with that creep-o. Why does he keep looking at me?
