I have a Staffy Bull Terrier pup 12weeks old& i need help ?

Im sorry but that's not place for a dog to be in a garage. and it's hot outside so don't you think its hot in your garage?! I know I wouldn't like to live in a garage... would you? I don't know it might be heat exhaustion... I need more info... like where does he sleep? Where does he go to eliminate himself? Are you sticking to the same diet? Where do you live?
