What is the name of this American history movie/musical?

My college professor had us watch it about 3 years ago. It was really funny. The movie covered the signing of the declaration of independence. It showed the process that the delegates or representatives went through to sign the doent. One scene shows Benjamin Franklin signing and he says "hell no", he will not write it. Thats when he and john adams decide to get Thomas Jefferson to write it. The movie also shows Jefferson and his struggle in writing out the declaration. It was quite comical. Does anyone know the title of this?
