What should I do with the #3 pick???

I know this may sound like an obvious question. The first two picks are expected to be LT and Jackson. I get 6 points per ping touchdown. So, since everyone after those two has a huge question mark and RBs are unusually deep this year I was thinking about drafting Peyton Manning. What is your input???
