What would happen if a cop tried to pull you over and you didn't stop?

I had just left my friends house when I realized I had the urge to poop. BADLY. Its roughly a 15 minute drive and I ended up making it about an 8 or 9 because I sped like crazy and ran many lights/stop signs, keep in mind this is two in the morning so nobody is around to make it dangerous for anyone but my self, but had a cop pulled me over I would not have stopped for fear of losing my bowels in my pants. What would a cop do if I ran into my house let nature call and then returned to him to sort things out?
