Why am I like freaked and horned all the time?

I'm like in a total groove and freaked out about like smokin and stuff, and like I get all horned and freaked and stuff like when I walk at night like when the sun goes behind the clouds and stuff. And like I see naked people behind bushes and stuff and its like I wanna be with them, but no then their not there so I keep walking and smoking and stuff. What would you do, it's like I can't decide it.
