Women's mental health?

My mom has been severly disturb for a long time and I cannot seem to find help for her.She is not only paranoid but VERY dillusional with less and less lucid moments........or may I say seconds.My sisters do their best to help her ,up to the point my name is NOT to be mentioned around her as she thinks I am either C.I.A or sleeping with my daddy who ped on 3 years ago.I need to know how to help her.As much as she hates me.....I love her and I really want her back............Please help me if possible,if not......thank you for listening to me......
