Reinstating driving privilages.?

Ok so Its about time my licence suspension is up.. I have all my tickets paid off and Ive been out of trouble for a good 6 months. I need an SR 22. When I go to the DMV to get my licence will they ask for an SR 22 or will I need to call my insurance and have them file it for me? and by the way I live in Oregon?
