I have worked at his bar for years and saved enough money to purchase it along with a coworker.?

A legal matter arose in which we may have been liable for as new owners because the sale was going to be a stock sale. Our negotiations came to a stand still for a few months and just started up again this past friday. They now have agreed to indemnify us from any potential lawsuit. Sat. the bar received a citation for failure to vacate patrons before 2:30 and loud music emanating from the establishment. On Monday they fired myself my partner and 7 other employees . All employees were notified any attempt tpo collect unemployment would be contested. As my partner was collecting his things the owner told him they still wanted to sell the bar to us. I am currently out of work and need to file for unemployment. I obviously have several disparaging remarks for the owners which i feel i would need to include in my unemployment application in order to to defend myself and others. Would my for employer be privy to the remarks that i make? I fear this would impeded the purchase of the establishment they would. Does it hinder my chances of collecting my unemployment if i wait a weak or so to see how this plays out?
