How do you deal with large amounts of trash in North Kansas City?

We are doing home remodeling and are coming up with large amounts of trash/lumber/leaves/drywall etc. Our trash company will only take 2 bags a week, we have no truck and the closest landfill we have been able to find is 16 miles away.
