Early pregnancy symptoms.?

ok not sure if all of these are preg symptoms but this is whats been happening, bd on ov days, then 4dpo had some pinky browny cm,some twinges in left and right side near ovaries,lots of headaches, cramping like af is coming,some strange leg pains,from 8dpo flu like symptoms, tingling slightly, itching,strange vivid dreams,mood swings 1min im angry and shouting at bf then next min im crying, im currently 10dpo what do you guys think.x
