Christians: What do you think of christians who practice the doctrine?

in a sense, fake it till you make it, They don't talk or share the problems they are going through, to honestly talk about what you are going through is considered a lack of faith, when I feel it is being real and honest, with my self, God and others. Or do most christians, feel it is better to keep things to oneself, and just pray to God and then walk around fine and dandy when drama is breaking out all over the place, but they will proclaim I am blessed and highly favored of the lord, I believe positive confession is good for the soul, but I am not convinced this is a good way to be. your opinions.
